Though Brett’s passion is flying the latest drones, he also holds a current Private Pilot licence with over 3500 hours of flying experience. You can rest assured, your job will be carried out safely, efficiently and will comply with current operation rules and regulations set out under (CASA) CASR Part 101. Manual of Standards.
Brett has also worked in the building industry for over 30 years, he has an excellent understanding on how building sites function and understands the importance for accurate data.

Who is CASA?
The Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) is a government body that ensures the safety of aviation in Australia. CASA is responsible for maintaining and enforcing legislation relating to aviation operations.
Yes, drones fall under CASA. As the national aviation regulator, CASA overseas all drone operations in Australia. Whether you are flying for fun, for a job, or as part of a business, you must follow CASA’s safety rules.
(CASA) CASR Part 101. Manual of standards. It defines the operational, licensing, and aircraft requirements for both recreational and commercial drone pilots.
To legally fly a drone for commercial purposes or as part of your job in Australia, you must hold a Remote Pilot Licence, (RePL). If you are operating a drone business you then require a separate RPA, Operations Certificate (ReOC), issued Only by CASA.
